1、 Installation and debugging:
1. Before delivery, customers can send 1-2 people to our factory for 1-5 days of machine operation training;
2. The new machine arrived at the factory, and the technical personnel immediately went to the factory to provide free installation and debugging services. They also provided education and training for the operators as well as simple troubleshooting instruction.
2、 Maintenance:
1. The warranty period for the entire machine is one year. During the warranty period, if there are any problems with the machine during normal use, our company will be responsible for free maintenance. However, if there is a problem due to external factors or improper use of the machine by Party A, the customer shall pay the material cost and vehicle cost.
2. Outside the warranty period, customers are required to bear the material costs and vehicle costs incurred for repairs.
3、 After sales service:
1. Establish archives for customers' new and old machines, and provide maintenance services for all other hydraulic machines.
2. Perfect after-sales service is a guarantee for customers, and we will provide on-demand service.
