(1) The hydraulic press has abnormal high pressure, and a speed regulating valve is set in the hydraulic circuit to prevent the circuit from being manic and unstable due to high pressure. When cylinder 1 is interrupted, due to inertia, the water pressure in the main cylinder increases. A speed control valve is installed below to prevent manic and restless high pressure. When starting, the electro-hydraulic directional valve 1 and electromagnetic directional valve 2 adjust the speed together, the opening of the reserve valve 3 is slow and the motor 5 is in a slow position. When interrupted, the opening of the reserved valve 3 is slowly reduced by the electromagnetic directional valve 2, causing the motor speed to decrease. At this time, the electro-hydraulic directional valve 1 is in the direction of the management bureau and the motor completely stops. The timing of acceleration and deceleration is adjusted by energy-saving facilities. Relieving hydraulic impact can also be achieved through setting hydraulic cylinder endpoint caching methods and distance saving controls.
To alleviate the hydraulic impact of the hydraulic press, it is necessary to set the hydraulic cylinder short point buffer strategy and distance temperature reduction control to maintain it.
